Through the Deterrence (Perform Security Duties at Protected Areas and Protected Places) course, learners will be equipped with the knowledge on the Rules of Engagement while performing security duties within and in the surrounding areas of the protected areas and protected places under the Infrastructure Protection Act

Through Access Control Management (Perform Security Command Centre Activities at Client's Premises), security officers will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform functions at a  security command centre (SSC) effectively in a supervisory role.   

Through Security Screening Management (Conduct Security Screening of Person and Bag), learners would obtain the knowledge, skills and attitudes required of a security officer to prepare security screening duty, prepare person for security screeing, prepare security screening of person with walk-through and hand-held metal detectors, conduct manual screening (pat-down) of person, conduct manual bag search and conduct security screening activities  

Through Security Screening Management (Conduct Security Screening and Search of Vehicles ) (Classroom & Asynchronous), security officers will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to conduct security screening and search of vehicles

WSQ Crowd and Traffic Control Management is designed to equip security officers with the competency to prepare for crowd and traffic control duties.

Through Information Collection (Perform Investigation Activities in Compliance with Legal Requirements) (Classroom & Asynchronous), security officers will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively perform investigation activities in compliance with legal requirements and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace.
