Through the "Security Operation Compliance (Manage Security Agency Within Legal Framework) (Classroom & Asynchronous)" course, learners will be able to learn topics such as legal and licensing requirements to operate security agency, agency's rights and obligations as employer of security personnel, agency's obligations to protect client's intellectual property, legal implications in common premises where security personnel are deployed and security agency's legal powers , rights and responsibilities at work. Learners will next learn to apply the knowledge and skills to effectively manage security agency within the legal framework and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace, which includes:

Entry Requirements
Learners should meet the basic entry requirements as indicated below:
Ability to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 5
Able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5
Education: Minimum GCE N pass in English or equivalent
Age: 21 and above
Experience in Security Industry: At least 3 years working as a Senior Security Officer (SSO)
Have basic microsoft word skills
Have a laptop as there are take home assignments
*Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance
