Through Manpower Planning (Monitor and Review Security Operations) participants will be equipped with the knowlege and skills to prepare,monitor and review security operations as required to operate in the field of the Security Industry. This course aims to provide individuals be equipped with the knowledge and skills to contribute to the management of security operations
Learning Outcomes
This learning unit is sequenced to cover key points from the routine activities of the security supervisors such as assessing client security status, conducting site assessment, address security deficiencies and submit findings and recommendations. Upon learning about the routine activities and organisational procedures to assess and address security risks, learners will next learnt to apply the knowlege and skills to effectively assess and address security risks and transfer the learning to their workplace, which includes:
Prepare for security operations
Monitor security operations
Review security operations
Entry Requirements
Learners should meet the basic entry requirements as indicated below:
Able to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 3
Able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 3
Minimum Secondary 2 education
Age 21 and above
Experience in Security Industry: Senior Security Officers and Security Supervisors
*Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance
