Through "Conflict Resolution Management (Manage and Resolve Conflict in Security Environment",  learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage and resolve conflict in security environment and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace, which includes:

Entry Requirements

1. Ability to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 5

2. Ability to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5

3. Education: Minimum GCE N pass in English or equivalent

4. Aged 21 year old and above

5. Experience in Security Industry: At least 3 years working as a Senior Security Officer (SSO)

*Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance
