Through "Capability Development (Achieve Work Effectiveness in Security Environment)",  learners are equpped with the knowledge and skills to effectively achieve work effectiveness in security environment and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace.

Learning Outcome

• Learners will be taught key points such as assigning work activities, monitoring work performance and review of work performance. 

• Learners will next learn to apply the knowledge and skills to effectively achieve work effectiveness in security environment and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace, which includes:

1. Assign work activities

2. Monitor work performance

3. Review work performance

Entry Requirements

Learners should meet the basic entry requirements as indicated below:

• Able to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 5

• Ability to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5

• Education: Minimum GCE N pass in English or equivalent

• Age: 21 years and above

• Experience in Security Industry: At least 3 years working as a Senior Security Officer (SSO)

*Individuals who do no meet the entry requirement will be subjected to interview before acceptance
