This course aims to provide individuals who wishes to upskill in the  area of Service Excellence and it is also appropriate for Security Officers to be equipped with the knowldege and skills to work in diverse service environment.


Learners will be taught to recognise the importance of inclusiveness when wokring in a diverse service environment, applying emotional intelligence when interacting with team members and customers in a diverse service environment, demonstrating resilience when faced with challenges in a diverse service environment and monitoring own actions in handling diversity. Upon learning about the key points of the topics, learners will next learn to apply the knowledge and skills to effectively work in a diverse service environment and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace, which includes:

  2. Apply emotional intelligence when interacting with team members and customers in a diverse service environment
