Learning Outcomes

  • Learners will be taught key points such as defining conflict issues, negotiating conflict resolution and resolve conflict issues.

  • Learners will next learn to apply the knowledge and skills to effectively manage and resolve conflict within security environment and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace, which includes:

Entry Requirements

  1. Ability to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 5

  2. Ability to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5

  3. Education: Minimum GCE N pass in English or equivalent

  4. Aged 21 year old and above

  5. Experience in Security Industry: At least 3 years working as a Senior Security Officer (SSO)


*Individuals who do not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to interview before acceptance
